Return Policy

30-day returns

If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Conditions

• The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags and packaging.
• Email juanshopifystore1@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, so we can give you the return instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
• Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
